The CSA is the entry point to the entire ServiceNow certification ecosystem. All other certifications require the CSA as a prerequisite. There are no exceptions.

What is the CAD?

The Certified Application Developer validates your ability to build custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. It goes deeper into scripting, application design, custom tables, service portal development, integration patterns, and advanced platform features.
